Dramatic piece –Philosophy of the words love & peace (self written)

Positives -   Hugh has a good face and voice for the role

          He was very relaxed and fit into the improv straight away. Acting manner shows experience is well balanced for both film and theatre. Good attitude and should be a good actor to direct

Negatives –             None I can think of

Rosemary

Dramatic piece – Unusual, very dramatic monologue about drunken guy on lawn (may

            have been self written)

Positives –       Monologue delivery was very good

                        Easy voice to listen to

                        She proved she could be a very natural and adaptable actress

Negatives –             None I can think of

 NOTE - Seeing as she had no official partner it might nice to see her rapport

                                    with another actor

Muireann

Dramatic piece – from a film

Positives –                   Good natural delivery

                        Good at getting at her co actor and helped him get into the scene

                        She has a bolshy attitude and this is a characteristic of Geraldine

                        Adaptable and seemed quite professional

Negatives –      She seemed a bit more concerned than the other actors about exactly what we were doing

                                                 

                        She lives in Sligo, which is a long commute and this could be a production issue

                        if we need to reschedule shooting at short notice

Dramatic piece – scene from Roses & Petrol

Positives –           Great attitude and enthusiasm

                            Very apt at improv

                            Great attitude to helping student films and she should be positive and proactive to       direct.

Negatives –      She works Wednesday and Thursday but that shouldn’t affect our schedule seeing as we will probably film the bench scene at the weekend.
