Hi Hugh,

Change of plan. We are going to do a read through with yourself and a
guy we got to play the doctor, Rodrigo, on Monday evening before we
start to shoot. If you could come to the location for 6pm on Monday
that would be great.

The address is: North Side Civic Centre, Bunratty Rd, Coolock, D17.
Any trouble finding just go to Coláiste Dhúlaigh instead and I'll meet
you and walk you down.

We will arrange a time for yourself and Rosemary to rehearse the park
bench scene at a time that suits you both next week.

Any queries just let me know.

Enda

Thanks,

Hi Hugh,

Just a note on dress for tomorrow. I think what you wore for the
audition or similar should be fine. The coat you wore then would be
great too.

Thanks,

Hi Hugh,

Thanks again for the great performance you gave yesterday evening. We have viewed the shots today and they look well.

However, we have one problem regarding the footage. Something went wrong as we were shooting the final shot (your magazine read and walk to the the drinks machine) and alas each of the three takes are missing. This is a bit of a pain but we would be most grateful if you could join us again for the brief time it would take to re film that one shot?

As I mentioned previously, we would really like to do a decent read through for the bench scene as it is so important to the story. Would you be available to do a read through this coming Friday? If you can, then I suggest this. We could go over the scene with yourself and Rosemary and then quickly film the missing shot in the Civic Centre straight afterwords. Anyway, please just let me know how you are fixed.
As regards filming the remaining two scenes in the park, the weather is still looking bad from now until Friday. So as discussed yesterday evening, we are now looking certain to be filming on Saturday or Sunday. Saturday is preferable but it now looks as if Sunday will have marginally better weather.

So please confirm again that those days can work for you and we will make a concrete decision as to which day we film by tomorrow morning at the latest.

Regards,

Enda

Thanks Hugh,

Unfortunately Friday afternoon won't work only because the centre will
be open for business and will be hopping with folk.

Obviously it would be ideal for everyone if we could film the upcoming
scenes and the reshoot in the same timeframe. I'll phone you this
evening and we can sort out what suits best.

Enda

Ps. I believe all relevant words have been present in my most recent
correspondence!
